New Clients
For new clients, obtaining services requires a prescription from your physician detailing the diagnosis and prescribed therapy type. We partner with the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority (DWIHN) and may receive referrals from your support coordinator at Echo Care Solutions . Family Hires
Family hires encompass individuals who are friends or relatives of the member, seeking to provide assistance and support. Eligible individuals for employment may include cousins, siblings, neighbors, or grandparents. However, individuals who have served or will serve as the member’s guardian—past, present, or future—are not permitted to work with the member.
